1. Definitions

In these general terms and conditions the following terms are used:

- Bed and Breakfast (B&B): the accommodation covered by these terms and conditions.

- Owner: the owner of the B&B.

- Guest: the person who rents the B&B.

- Booking: the reservation of the B&B by the Guest.

2. Reservations and Payments

Reservations can be made by telephone, e-mail or via the website. The reservation is final after the Guest has received a confirmation from the Owner and the payment has been made by an agreed payment method.

3. Cancellations

Cancellation is free of charge until 1 day before arrival. For cancellations within 1 day before the arrival date, the Guest shall owe 50% of the booking amount.

4. Arrival and departure

Check-in time is from 15:00 and check-out time is before 11:00, unless otherwise agreed with the Owner. An extra night may be charged for late check-out.

5. Use of Facilities

The B&B offers various facilities such as WiFi, parking, etc. The use of these facilities is included in the rental price, unless otherwise stated. The Guest must use the facilities properly and report any damage.

6. House rules

To make the stay pleasant for everyone, the following house rules must be observed:

- Smoking is not allowed both inside the B&B and outside on the grounds.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00.

7. Liability

The Owner is not liable for loss, theft or damage to the Guest's property.

The Guest is responsible for damages caused by negligence or intentional acts.

8. Privacy

The personal data of the Guest will be treated confidentially and used only for the handling of the booking and stay.

9. Applicable law

These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

10. Changes

The Owner reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The Guest shall be deemed to agree to the latest version of the terms and conditions with each new booking.
